At a whopping great big 3.6m long by 2.1m high this is officially our largest piece to date! Commissioned by the brilliant “This Is Now” for the their newly refurbished Soho office.

With bold splashes of colour, assymetric geometries, our trademark black edge and good old reclaimed scaffold boards this piece is oozing with Character. It works here perfectly as a visual separation between the reception area and the office space whilst still retaining glimpses through with loads of useful storage space incorporated into the design.

Chipper Table fit for a King, or Old Mary in this case. With or without gaps as you wish, we even offer a 3rd option these days of painting the space between the gaps a vivid colour giving this classic table a contemporary twist.

We’ll do our best to keep you up to date, so many pieces have come and gone and that we’ve forgotten to photograph! If you’re a relic customer and you have a splendid Relic piece do send us a pic or two if you fancy, we’d be more than thankful!

Old Mary’s Bar – Now open!

Our latest Interior Design project, Old Mary’s Bar in Lancaster Gate, London is now open for business! A beautiful atmospheric, Dickensian cocktail and Real Ale bar situated in the depths of the cellar under The Mitre.

Here’s a sneaky preview at the look and feel of a brand spanking new, old cocktail & real ale bar in Central London which will be opening its doors in less than 3 weeks!

Think Dickensian, underground dram shop with undertones of decadence infused with psychoactive alkaloids derived from none other than The Devil’s Root itself………and you’ll be halfway there.

The Smithy Table!

As an alternative to our classic Chipper Table we have created the Smithy Table. Our good friend the London Smithy (a local blacksmith, who creates weird and wonderful bespoke metal furniture and home-wares) has joined forces with us to make this beautiful yet simple table. Two fantastic traditional trades, one magnificent table. Another timeless classic to add to the Relic Interiors repertoire and our first venture into metal work. As with the Chipper table we can do any size, just get in touch for more details.

Here’s two of our latest pieces!

Piece one is another variation from the ever popular “Pragmatic Giac” range shown here with a beautiful natural edge.

Piece two is a free standing chef station which we were commissioned to make for the brilliant “Crooked Well” restaurant in Camberwell as part of a refurbishment of the 1st floor which has now opened and is serving lots of delicious food, well worth a visit! “Peruvian Shake down” cocktail, (their take on a Pisco Sour) is an absolute must! Yum!

The Grafton – “A Perfect Reinvention”

September saw the opening of The Grafton in Kentish Town and finally we have the photos! Our brief was to design an authentic, unpretentious old boozer and that is exactly what we did. It warms my cockles every time we walk through the doors, it really is everything we had hoped it would be and more. It was an Interior Design project that was a real pleasure from beginning to end owing largely to the fact that our clients Susie and Joel were so refreshingly full of enthusiasm, inspiration and ambition for their newly acquired pub.

“Its the perfect reinvention, we think, in that its Victorian elegance has been restored – or rather, reimagined – whilst allowing a sense of history to pervade in its candle-lit corners. And there’s not a pretension in sight.” The Kentish Towner

Autumn bargains to be had

This weekend and this weekend only we are selling our beautiful coat hooks for £25 instead of £35.

They are all approx 60cm long each with 5 hooks, we have a range of finishes available so come and have a look and choose the one that works for you.

Orders must be placed Saturday or Sunday, the price will go back to £35 on Monday so chop chop!

Without trying to sound too bold ……..sometimes we surprise ourselves with how breathtakingly beautiful our furniture can be. These two shelving units have just been installed into a very happy customers home and they look absolutely incredible. They have completely transformed the space into a cosy, warm, homely interior. Anyway, enough words, take a look for yourself!
