Feeling Potty

This was definitely a highlight of 2023. This unit is very special indeed, it was so carefully considered by our client beforehand, she knew exactly what she wanted to display her beautiful ceramics. Not only that but the timber itself has a story or two to tell. It was a huge London Plane Tree that used to stand in none other than London’s famous Soho Square. The magnificent tree sadly fell during a huge storm and was taken away by the fabulous “Fallen & Felled” timber merchants which we visited with our client so we could choose the pieces one by one.

The woodgrain is spectacular, the pattern being almost reptilian and the colour is so rich and warm.
